Vantas corp. later known as HQ, was originally a real estate company that leased furnished offices  on short term leases.

With the expertise of Callison the company redefined and rebranded themselves  as a service provider, to cater to the needs of companies such dot-com startups that may have dramatic changes in the size of their workforce, or individual entrepreneurs who did not have the resources or the need to invest in the technological infrastructure of a modern office.
